1. Payment Options
We accept payments by credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro), and all our payments are processed securely using Paypal.
The total amount of your purchase, including postage and packaging (if applicable), will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and converted to your currency at current rate by your card issuer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds on your account.
2. Price
All the prices on the web site are in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. In the unlikely event of any price changes we will contact you to obtain your approval before making any extra charges or dispatching any goods.
I live outside of the UK. Will you charge me VAT? Our pricing policy is to offer our products at the same price to all customers, wherever they live. The tax rules are such that we have to pay VAT on all purchases made within the EC (except for certain tax free areas e.g. Jersey, Andorra etc). So to areas where tax applies, we charge the price displayed and pay the relevant tax to the UK government. Where VAT does not apply we still charge the displayed amount. We have taken this decision to encourage European e-commerce and to make sure that the additional costs in trading with non-European community countries are covered. Unfortunately, as a result of this policy, we are not able to refund VAT charged for any of the tax free areas within the EC as we do not charge VAT to these areas. But you will not be charged any more than any other customer.
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
The automatic email confirmation you may receive does not constitute order confirmation.
If a product you have ordered is not available for any reason you will be informed and have the option amend the order or be issued a full refund immediately.
3. Delivery
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
UK: 1 - 4 days Europe: 4 - 7 days Rest of World: 7 - 21 Days
All UK orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail.
Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
4. Returns, refunds and order cancellation
We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).
Goods returned must be as "new" with no damage.
All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.
Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch and a full refund given.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.
5. Security
Our online payments are securely powered by Paypal. Your card details are not stored anywhere on our server.
